Healthy Banana Bread

 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
 1 cup Ancient Grains (chia, hemp, flax)
 ½ cup Pink Bee Crystallized Honey
 ½ tsp Salt
 1 tsp Baking Soda
 ½ cup Shredded Coconut, Walnuts or Pecans
 3 Large Mashed Ripe Bananas
 2 Eggs
 ¼ cup Coconut Oil
 ½ cup Greek Yogurt
 2 ½ tsp Mexican Vanilla Extract

Mix all of the wet ingredients together - bananas, eggs, coconut oil, yogurt and vanilla.
Stir the dry ingredients - flour, grains, honey, salt, baking soda and coconut, walnuts or pecans until well mixed.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
Pour into bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
